In case you haven't heard yet, green tea is one of those few things that's good for everyone, even according Dr. D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet and GenoType Diet. :)
We should all drink it every day, it's full of antioxidants and minerals and its taste is not overly strong or overpowering. I personally drink Celestial Seasoning's Decaf Green Tea - quite a lot of it, too! No need for extra boost here...
